1. The service

One booking covers review of one completed MEQ, written feedback, and a 45-minute online coaching session. Scores and comments are educational estimates only.

2. Independent status

MEQ Peer is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of RANZCP. Coaches are not acting as RANZCP examiners.

3. Submission requirements

Your completed answer must be submitted at least 48 hours before the session. If you request a coach-supplied question, book at least 72 hours ahead. Coach-supplied questions are provided as-is and replacement questions are not offered once issued.

4. Candidate responsibilities

• Do not submit identifiable patient, staff, workplace or confidential clinical information.
• Do not submit recalled live examination questions or other confidential examination material.
• Ensure that any question you provide is lawful and suitable for educational use.

5. Rescheduling and non-attendance

One reschedule may be offered where more than 48 hours' notice is provided, subject to coach availability. Missed sessions and late cancellations may be forfeited.

6. Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. A booking is not refundable once an answer has been submitted or marking has commenced. If MEQ Peer cannot provide the booked service, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. No guarantee

Coaching does not guarantee a particular mark, examination result or training outcome. You remain responsible for your examination preparation and professional decisions.

8. Intellectual property

MEQ Peer retains rights in original coach-supplied questions, feedback templates and teaching materials. You may use materials supplied to you for your own private study, but must not reproduce, sell, publish or distribute them without permission.

9. Limitation

The service is educational and does not replace clinical supervision, legal advice, professional advice or official College guidance. To the extent permitted by law, MEQ Peer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational estimates or feedback.
