This policy explains what information MEQ Peer collects and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, booking details, payment confirmation, communications, submitted MEQ answer, coach feedback, and information you choose to provide when requesting a question or session.
2. Do not send sensitive clinical information
Do not include identifiable patient, staff, workplace or confidential clinical information in any submitted material. Do not send confidential examination material.
3. How we use information
- to arrange and provide the booked coaching service;
- to communicate about your booking and submission;
- to process or confirm payment;
- to maintain business, tax and service records;
- to improve the service using de-identified or aggregated information where appropriate; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers for booking, payment processing, email, online meetings, file storage, website hosting and analytics. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the coach delivering your session, service providers needed to operate the service, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
6. Storage and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Submitted answers and feedback are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practicable.
7. Access and correction
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Website information
The website may collect limited technical information such as browser type, pages viewed and general usage data. We use this to understand site performance and improve the service.
