What does one booking include?
One completed MEQ, marking before the session, written feedback, and a 45-minute online review with your coach.
Do you provide model answers?
No. The service focuses on your answer, how it was marked, and how your next answer could be improved.
Does this guarantee that I will pass?
No. We provide feedback and coaching, not a guaranteed examination outcome.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Each booking covers one completed MEQ.
Questions and submission
Can I submit my own question?
Yes, provided it is suitable for educational use and does not breach examination confidentiality or professional obligations.
Can I request a question?
Yes. You may request an original coach-supplied MEQ by topic or theme. Book at least 72 hours before your session. A specific diagnosis, scenario, difficulty level or style cannot be guaranteed.
What if I do not like a coach-supplied question?
Replacement questions are not provided once the question has been issued. Submit your own suitable MEQ if you want to choose the exact question discussed.
When do I need to submit my answer?
Send your completed answer at least 48 hours before the session. Late submission may mean the session proceeds without written marking or is forfeited at your coach's discretion.
Bookings and changes
Can I reschedule?
One reschedule may be offered with more than 48 hours' notice, subject to coach availability.
Can I get a refund?
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Bookings are not refundable once an answer has been submitted or marking has commenced, except where required by law.
What happens if I miss the session?
Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the booking.
What happens if my coach needs to cancel?
You will be offered another suitable time or a refund.
Privacy and professional obligations
Can I submit real clinical material?
No. Do not include identifiable patient, staff, workplace or confidential clinical information.
Can I submit confidential examination material?
No. Do not submit recalled live examination questions or material that breaches examination confidentiality or professional obligations.
Will my answer be kept confidential?
Your answer and feedback will only be used to provide the booked service and will not be shared without permission, subject to legal obligations.
